Cat 2 _ $40.00 $300.00 _ Pet rent is per pet, and non-refundable fee is per apartment. Maximum of 2 pets per household. Pets 50lbs or less have a rent of $40 per month with a one-time $300 pet fee. Pets 51lbs+ have a rent of $60 per month with a one-time $500 fee.
Dog 2 _ $40.00 $300.00 _ Our pet-friendly community welcomes most breeds of dogs. Because apartment living is not conducive to certain breeds, we regret we cannot accommodate the following dogs or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
